When using oil, coal and electricity, we create a lot of CO2 and we are using materials, which will someday run out.
Activities
Activity 1
1. Take an old jumper and cut off the sleeves and neckline.
2. Sew around the three sides, which have been cut leaving the bottom of the jumper open.

3. Use one of the sleeves to make a strap and attach to the open ended part of the jumper.
4. Decorate your bag by re-using some more materials.

Treasure box
1. Take an old shoe box and cover it with some old wrapping paper and decorate.

2. Split the inside of the box into sections using yoghurt pots or smaller boxes.
3. Store your treasures in the separate sections.

Make a toy
Collect clean rubbish such as tins, boxes, tubes etc and create some toys such as a robot, camera, a car or a train. Look at some of these examples.
